Ingredients:
- Tomato (4 no’s) – Cut into 4 slices
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Jeera – ½ tsp
- Red chillies – 8-10 no’s
- Grated coconut – 1 full coconut
- Salt – To taste
- Water – To grind
- Cooking oil – For seasoning
- Curd – ½ -1 cup
Preparation:
- Make a fine paste using the second ingredients
altogether and keep it aside.
- Take a small pan, add some oil, mustard seeds, red
chillies, curry leaves and the tomato slices, close it with a lid and cook
it for 5 minutes.
- Add the coconut paste and cook it for another 5-10
minutes in a slow flame.
- Once it gets cooked and curd and serve it hot or cold.
