Ingredients
- Raw mango(big) - 1 no
- (cut into small pieces)
- Green chilly
- Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) - 2 tsp
- Coconut - 1/4th of one
- (scraped)
- Mustard seeds - 3 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp for seasoning
- Oil - As reqd
- Salt - As reqd
- Curd - 1 cup
Method
- Fry Bengal gram and dry chilly in oil.
- Grind it with coconut, mustard and salt into a coarse
form.
- Add water and grind to a thick paste.
- Add handful cut mango and grind coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard and curry leaves and pour the paste
into it and switch off the stove.
- Add curd on top of it and mix well.
- Add the left over mangoes and mix well
