Ingredients
- Suji/semolina : 1 cup(roasted)
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Water : 2 1/2 cups
- Ghee/clarified butter : 2 tblsp.
- Few cardamoms
- Kesar/saffron : few strands
- Handful of almonds
- Raisins : few
- In a microwave safe bowl, place all the ingredients and mix well. Microwave for 6 mins. at high or 100% power. Give a good stir after 3 mins., cook the rest 3 mins. After 6 mins. it will look like this.
- Stir well and garnish with cardamom powder, nuts and raisins. Serve hot.
