- Coriander powder -1ts
- Coriander leaf -required amoun
- Coconut milk -1cup
- Salt -required amount
- Potato -1no's(big)
- Beans -6no's
- Greenpeace -1/2cup
- Ginger -1peice
- Turmeric powder -1/2ts
- Garam masala -1 1/2ts
- Oil -required amount
- Cashewnut -25gm
How to make mixed
vegetable Kurma
- First of all cut all the vegetables such as
cauliflower,carrot,beans,potato,Greenpeace into square pieces and boil the
vegetables using required amount of water and salt.Take a frying pan and
pour oil into it.Saute onion pieces and green chilly in the oil.Put garlic
paste,ginger paste,turmeric powder,garam masala into the mixture and again
saute well.After 10 min's grind the mixture using mixi and make a
paste.Put the grinded mixture into the boiling vegetables.When the mixture
is jointed to the vegetables add the cashew nut paste into it.When the
gravy becomes thick pour the coconut milk into the vegetables.Garnish the
mixed vegetable curuma using coriander leaf.Serve hot.
