Veg Schezwan Noodles

Ingredient
  • 150 grams Boiled Noodles
  • 10  Capsicum
  • 10 Carrot
  • 10 Onion
  • 10 Cabbage
  • 5 grams Chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Chilli Paste
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Schezwan Pepper
  • Pinch Sugar
  • 20 ml Oil
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Heal Oil in a Wok and Saute Onion, Ginger in it.
  • Add Capsicum, Carrot to it and saute again.
  • Add Chilli paste, mix well and add Noodles.
  • Toss the noodles well with Pepper, Soya Sauce Seasoning
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
