- 150 grams Boiled Noodles
- 10 Capsicum
- 10 Carrot
- 10 Onion
- 10 Cabbage
- 5 grams Chopped Ginger
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Chilli Paste
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Schezwan Pepper
- Pinch Sugar
- 20 ml Oil
- Salt to taste
- Heal Oil in a Wok and Saute Onion, Ginger in it.
- Add Capsicum, Carrot to it and saute again.
- Add Chilli paste, mix well and add Noodles.
- Toss the noodles well with Pepper, Soya Sauce Seasoning
- Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
