Ingredients
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- onion sliced 3 nos
- Coconut milk 3cups
- Lemon jucie 1nos
- Green chilli 4 or 5(sliced)
- Bay leaf 4 nos
- Ginger diced 1 inch piece
- salt for taste
Method
- In a pressure cooker mix mutton with all ingredients
except with 1 cup coconut milk and lemon.
- Leave the mutton until its cooked and tender in a
cooker for at-least 4 to 5 whistle.
- once its cooked add one cup coconut milk ,squeeze the lemon juice and mix well
