- 1 1/2 cups curds
- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 spn cummin powder
- 8 to 10 ice-cubes
Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the ice, in a
blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ½ cup of water and the ice-cubes and blend again
for about 30 seconds.
- Serve immediately in small individual glasses garnished with mint leafs
