Mint Lassi

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups curds
  • 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp black salt 
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 spn cummin powder
  • 8 to 10 ice-cubes
Method
  • Combine all the ingredients except the ice, in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ½ cup of water and the ice-cubes and blend again for about 30 seconds.
  •  Serve immediately in small individual glasses garnished with mint leafs
