Method

Cut
all the vegetables(1 ½"length).
·
Cook
the vegetables(ingredients from 1 to 6) with turmeric powder,chilly powder and
salt.
·
Grind
the coconut,green chillies and cumin seeds and curry leaves.Make a paste.
·
Add
curd into the coconut paste and mix it well.
·
When
the vegetables are completely cooked add the coconut paste and curry leaves.
Mix it well.
·
Finally
add the coconut oil and serve it hot.
